2 Health Tips and a Recipe to Enjoy

I just finished a great leg workout at the gym, thanks to all I have learned from my awesome trainer, check him out @trainwithrosado on Instagram. Well I was starving and decided that I will not be food shopping this week since I am off to Savannah Thursday for one of my best friends weddings!!! So it was another kitchen thrown down with myself and I totally killed the challenge.

After receiving a bunch of likes on Instagram and a request for the recipe here it is, quick, delicious and took just 5 minutes!

What I love about this recipe is the simplicity and I thought I should post it as an opportunity to share my TWO KEY TIPS on recipes and food with all of you.

  1. Keep it Simple - don't stress yourself with overwhelming recipes, use what you have and test out different flavor combinations

  2. Food is Fuel - not every meal has to be extravagant, while I do like my fancy meals it is important to remember that food is what gets you from point a to point b. It needs to nourish you and give you energy. Don't complicate it.
