Dreams are a Wish Your Heart Makes

For years I did not dream. I now realize I was dreaming but those dreams were clouded from substances I had been using that altered my mind and didn't allow me to see clearly.

Well, this is no longer the case, I am after all a dreamer!!! I have been awakened and I will never look back.

In the last few months I have had some of the most elaborate amazing dreams. I have spent time with friends on a cruise ship, I have seen my grandfather who passed away a year ago, I had a vivid dream of ladybugs, I have had arguments and happiness, I have even craved a hamburger after 70 plus days meat free.

I have literally awoken in the middle of the night from these dreams because they seem so real. Instead of going back to sleep I look up the meanings of them. Many of them have been very in tune with my life and the changes I have implemented and it is so rewarding. The universe is letting me know I am on the path I need to be on.

Many of you will think I am crazy, trust me, a year ago I too would have thought I was crazy. I have learned to embrace the "crazy" because it is not crazy after all. It is the universe and miracles happening.

So the reason I decided to write this post is because last night I dreamt that I had a pet, not a typical pet, I legit had a big black bear as a pet. It was sweet and loving and I took it for walks on a leash. At the end of the dream I decided it wasn't fair for such a large bear to live in my apartment and I set it free and then I woke up.

Immediately I needed to know what this dream symbolized. Before I went to sleep I had went to Kundalini Yoga and done some deep meditation so I know it would be symbolic, and boy was it.

"To see animals in your dream, represents your own physical characteristic, primitive desires, and sexual nature, depending on the qualities of the particular animal. Animals symbolizes the untamed and uncivilized aspects of yourself.

Bears symbolize the cycle of life and death and renewal. It may signal of period of introspection and thinking. The dream may also be a pun on "bare". Perhaps you need to bare your soul and let everything out into the open"

So here I am, baring my soul and literal dreams to each and every one of you. Remember, we are all dreamers, we are all human and we all have goals, aspirations, ambitions and hearts. Look inside of yourself and figure out what it is you really want in your life and trust me, you will find it.

Now, go ahead and be bold and share some of your dreams in the comment section below.
