You may be wondering, how will no two calls be the same? Well, each call will focus on the energy at the present moment. Whether we are being effected by a full moon, new moon, eclipse, retrograde or some other catastrophic event we will lean into the collective energy and what we are collectively needing each week.

Some calls I will dive right in, others may have more of a q+a component, some may feature card readings, others reiki and/or sound healing, we may dive into timeline therapy or do clearing around language using tools for neuro-linguistic reprogramming. There may be times we dive into some kundalini yoga breath work or journaling and I may even invite in some guest speakers throughout the year.

The point is, no two calls will ever be the same and you will constantly be able to access new information, insights and wisdom.

Before I share more details on The Weekly Glow I want to share a bit about my journey…

On July 3, 2016 my best friend and first love died. At the time I was working as a private chef and health coach in NYC but on that day it was as if the universe opened up in a way I had never experienced and I was hearing both myself as well as spirit in a way I had never imagined.

Within 5 months I was guided to learn Usui Reiki and 3 months later following my inner guidance I moved to LA and found Holy Fire Reiki.

It was in taking my Holy Fire Reiki Master training that my spiritual life began to unravel. Within days I began to understand that the universe was communicating with me through numbers, letters and symbols and soon I had the awareness that animals were communicating with me.

Jeff’s death was the first, but not last I would experience that would truly awaken me.

In October of 2018 shortly after being guided to move to Miami my best friend, who I had known since the age of 5 passed away. It’s safe to say I was rattled, with that, both of these deaths led me on a path to finding myself, learning the spirit world and deciding to live as my most authentic self.

It was with these two by my side in the spirit realm that I created a life I had never imagined personally and professionally. I found myself living in Miami building a multi 6-figure business, shifting thousands of lives.

And then something shifted and death arrived with new lessons.

In November of 2020 days after my grandmother’s 95th birthday she passed and with her passing she gave me a reminder to slow down. She wanted me to focus on my writing. My book. My cooking. The things that nourished my soul that I had put to the side she was guiding me to take out.

It took me some time, but within a few months I listened.

I began to cut my client load. When contracts and masterminds ended, I let them.

I simply kept letting go and focused on cooking and writing.

And what happened was amazing.

My nervous system began to relax.

My body began to rest.

I found new levels of peace.

I became present.

I was able to get honest and real with myself as I reflected on what truly made me happy and what truly made me feel safe.

And one thing I learned was, MONEY WILL NEVER MAKE ME FEEL SAFE.

Money is an incredible resource, one I am VERY GRATEFUL FOR, one I am ALWAYS WILLING TO RECEIVE and with that I know that the number in my bank account won’t make me feel safe if I don’t feel safe in my body.

So I spent my time doing the things that made me feel safe and leaned further into the knowing that I am always provided for and money always shows up for me in large sums in all kinds of ways.

In doing this deep work after my grandmothers death I was prepared in a new way when my great aunt passed away in May of 2023.

It’s safe to say death has been one of my greatest teachers for it was in my great aunts death that all of the work I had done was proven beneficial because in my aunt Irene’s death I was able to hold space and be present for and with her as she shed her old roots to fly free.

And now with all of these teachings and lessons I am being guided to share once again.

To hold space for large groups in order to create large shifts.

Because the truth is my healing is your healing and your healing is my healing as well as the person sitting to your left and right (even if that’s in a zoom box).
